Snowparks : Kitzsteinhorn: World-Class Riders Shred the Superpipe!
Condizioni perfette a Kitzsteinhorn Austria per il Superpipe e ghiacciaio.
Superpipe aperto per tutti i riders dal 4 dicembre 2019 • Grand opening KK-3K previsto per il 30 novembre 2019

The Superpipe Trainingsweeks at Kitzsteinhorn, Zell am See-Kaprun, Austria, are in full swing–and the international halfpipe stars have been practicing in perfect conditions since the beginning of November! Many of the world’s best freestyle skiers and snowboarders from Europe, Asia, Australia and North America are working on their runs for the World Cup season until December 1st, 2019. From December 4th, 2019, the Superpipe will be open for all riders, amateurs and pros alike! Currently, they already enjoy the kickers and rails of the Glacier Park, which also offers excellent conditions. From the upcoming weekend on, the Glacier Park and the Superpipe will be even easier to reach: The 3K K-onnection opens on November 30th, 2019 and connects the centre of Kaprun directly with the Kitzsteinhorn via the Maiskogel Family Mountain!

K-ONNECTED: Kaprun – Maiskogel – Kitzsteinhorn
On November 30th, 2019, the time has finally come when the 3K K-onnection, Salzburg’s first tri-cable gondola and the heart of the K-ONNECTION, opens. From then on, the centre of Kaprun, the Maiskogel Family Mountain and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area with its 100-percent snow guarantee will be linked to form a single unit. From the 2019/20 winter season, Kaprun will be offering ski-in-ski-out to and from the glacier for the first time. The superlative 12-kilometre-long cable car line opens up unique panoramic views of Austria’s highest peaks and, with 2,261 metres, overcomes the highest difference in altitude in the Eastern Alps. In addition, two EXPLORER gondolas offer a winter discovery tour of a special kind. At the opening, the new cable car connection will be staged with spectacular illumination.
